Empowering Lives through Free Training & Opportunity

Not Poverty, Let Skill be Bengal’s Identity – A New Beginning for 75% of the People

The primary objective of our training program is to make the working-class people of Bengal financially self-reliant.

A harsh reality stares us in the face today—millions of laborers are being forced to migrate outside Bengal to work as daily wage earners. Though their meager earnings barely help them run their households, they are not sufficient for real family progress or long-term stability.

The most painful part is that due to this low income, they are unable to provide proper education for their children. Education remains a distant dream for many. However, if proper skill-based vocational training is provided to these laborers, they will be able to enhance their capabilities and potentially double or even more than double their earnings.

This additional income will not only help them run their households comfortably but also empower them to support their children’s higher education, bring stability to their families, and guide the next generation toward a future full of possibilities. In fact, when an unskilled laborer becomes skilled, the benefit is not limited to the individual—the entire society and the state reap the rewards. Strengthening Bengal’s working class is one of our core missions.

Currently, over 75% of Bengal’s population belongs to this working-class segment. That means a vast majority of the state's people fall into this category. Therefore, improving their quality of life is essential. If we can create opportunities for their education, skill development, and income growth, it won’t just uplift this class—it will lead to a complete transformation of Bengal’s socio-economic structure.

The development of this segment equals the holistic development of Bengal, as the advancement of this massive population plays an inseparable role in the state’s progress. If we continue working in this direction, within the next 20 to 25 years, we will witness the emergence of a new kind of society—where people are self-reliant, educated, and aware, and where society as a whole is developed, humane, and prosperous.

True or sustainable development is not possible without including this vast section of society. Without their upliftment, overall societal progress is unimaginable.

🛠️ About the Training Program:

We are launching these courses, which will be completely free of cost and conducted in a residential format. The training will be held in Kolkata, and all arrangements for accommodation and food will be provided by us—so participants can focus entirely on building their skills. After completing the training and once they start earning, we will collect a small amount as a contribution. This amount will help us to expand the training programs further and reach more people in the future.

Our only expectation is that—once a trained individual becomes self-reliant—they will take responsibility and express their gratitude towards the society or this initiative. This could be in the form of: Financial support, Assisting new trainees, or Sharing their personal journey and experience.

This way, from one person to another, we can gradually build a stronger, more conscious, and empowered society.
